Stonk Guy Terminal provides market information, trading tools and token creation tooling for the Solana network, together with the associated messaging bots. The service is provided for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice, nor any recommendation, solicitation or offer in respect of any digital asset.

By accessing the service, connecting a wallet or interacting with our bots, you enter into a binding agreement with us on the basis of these terms. If you do not accept them in full, you must discontinue use of the service.

You represent and warrant that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have full capacity to enter into this agreement, and that your use of the service does not contravene any law, regulation or sanctions regime applicable to you.

The service is non-custodial. A wallet is provisioned to you on first use of a bot and remains under your sole control. It authorises your transactions, receives your creator fees and holds your assets.

We do not hold, administer or have the ability to transfer the assets in your wallet. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credentials, including any exported private key. Any transaction authorised through your credentials is deemed authorised by you, is irreversible and is not eligible for recovery, reversal or reimbursement.

All purchases, sales, swaps, transfers, burns and token launches are settled on the Solana network. Once a transaction is confirmed it is irreversible and cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded by us or by any third party. Burned tokens are permanently removed from circulation.

Pricing, execution and settlement depend on prevailing network and market conditions. We give no assurance as to price, slippage, execution speed or successful confirmation of any transaction.

Certain actions are subject to a service fee, which is debited from your wallet in addition to network fees and any charge levied by the launchpad or liquidity venue. Applicable fees are disclosed before you confirm a launch, and you may decline to proceed. Fees may be revised from time to time.

Where you create a token, your wallet is recorded as the creator. You are solely responsible for the name, symbol, imagery, links and any other content you submit, and you warrant that you hold all necessary rights to use that content.

You must not create or promote any token that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or intended to impersonate any person or entity. We reserve the right to decline any request and to remove any token from display on the service.

The service relies on independent networks, launchpads, liquidity venues and data providers. Their availability, accuracy and performance are outside our control, and interruptions to those providers may affect parts of the service.

Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose all value. Participation may result in the total loss of the amounts committed. You should only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely, and you accept full responsibility for your decisions and their outcomes.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, data or digital assets arising from your use of the service.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and may amend these terms, at any time. The effective date above identifies the current version, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the terms then in force.
