Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Stonk Guy Terminal (referred to as the terminal, we, us or our) handles information when you use the website at stonkguy.fun and stonkguy.xyz, the wallet features offered through it, and the Stonk Guy bots on X and on Telegram. Together these are referred to as the services.
It applies to everyone who uses the services, wherever they are located. It describes the categories of information involved, the purposes for which each category is used, the parties who may process it on our behalf, the periods for which it is kept, the rights available to you and how to contact us. It does not apply to the Solana network itself, to wallet software you install, or to any third party website or application that the services link to, each of which is governed by its own terms and policies.
By using the services you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the services. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Summary of key points
Stonk Guy Terminal is a public market interface for the Solana network. You can browse the terminal, read charts and follow tokens without giving us anything at all. No account, no email, no name, no phone number.
If you choose to sign in with X or start a chat with our Telegram bot, the only things we see are the details those platforms already show publicly, such as your handle and your profile picture. We never ask for your password, your seed phrase or a private key from any wallet you already own, and nobody on our side will ever ask you for them.
3. What we actually hold
An account reference from X or Telegram, so the terminal can recognise you the next time you return and show you the right wallet. The public address of any wallet you connect or that is created for you. Your own settings, such as watchlists and which alerts you want to receive.
We also keep ordinary running records, such as how many requests were made, whether an alert was delivered and whether something failed. These exist to keep the service working, not to build a picture of you.
4. What we never hold
We do not hold your funds. We do not hold or read the keys of any wallet you already own. We do not read your private messages, we cannot post from your X account, and we do not collect your contacts, your location history or anything from your device beyond the standard technical details every website receives.
We do not sell information, and we do not pass it to advertising networks or data brokers. There is nothing to sell in the first place.
5. The wallet created for you
When a wallet is created for you through a bot, its key material is generated and held inside a hardened, private key management environment operated for us by a specialist infrastructure provider under contract. The key is never stored in our own application, never written into logs, never included in an alert and never visible to anyone on our team, at any time, in any readable form.
Only you can reveal it. That requires a password you set yourself, followed by a separate confirmation, and the result is hidden behind a tap and cleared from the screen shortly afterwards. Your password and recovery answer are stored only as one way cryptographic hashes, which means they cannot be read back or reconstructed by us.
6. Why we hold anything at all
To show you your own wallet rather than someone else's, to deliver the alerts you asked for, to work out eligibility for published reward programmes, to keep the service stable, to stop abuse and spam, and to meet legal obligations that apply to us. Nothing is used for any purpose beyond these.
7. Who else is involved
A small number of specialist providers make the service possible: hosting and database infrastructure, the secure key management environment described above, market and on chain data providers, and the messaging platforms themselves. Each of them acts only on our instructions, is bound by confidentiality and security obligations, and may not use anything for its own purposes.
Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. That is the full list.
8. Where it is processed
Our providers operate across more than one region, so information may be handled outside the country you live in. Where that happens, it is covered by recognised legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. How long it is kept
Only as long as there is a reason to keep it. Account and wallet references stay while your account is active, settings stay until you change them, support messages are kept for a reasonable period after your request is closed, and technical logs are kept for a short operational window.
One honest limitation: anything already written to a public blockchain is permanent and visible to everyone. No operator, including us, can edit or remove it.
10. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. You can remove the X sign in from your X account settings at any time, and you can stop the Telegram bot with a single command.
Use the support option in the footer for anything else. We reply within the time applicable law allows, and you always have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
11. Keeping it safe
Traffic is encrypted in transit, secrets are kept strictly separate from application code, administrative functions are access controlled and the service is monitored continuously. No system anywhere can promise perfection, so please protect your own password, your device and any wallet you control.
12. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under eighteen. If we learn that information about a child has reached us, we delete it.
13. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and anything material is highlighted on the site before it takes effect.
14. Contact
Any privacy question or request can be sent through the support option in the footer of this site. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
