How StonkFun tokens are paired
On StonkFun the quote token is the asset a coin is priced against, chosen by the creator at launch and passed to the API as quoteMint. It can be a tokenized stock, a pre-IPO stock, a currency, a leveraged token, a collectible, SOL, or any custom mint with liquidity. The pairing decides what the chart measures and which asset the fees and rewards arrive in.

Quote chains
A coin can be paired against another StonkFun coin, and that coin has a quote token of its own. Following those hops gives the real denominator at the end of the chain. StonkGuy walks the chain for each token so the underlying asset is visible rather than implied.
